| 摘 要： | 4个国家粮食质量监测机构,会同两家免疫层析试纸开发厂商,使用稻谷、玉米两种受黄曲霉毒素B1污染的原始样本,用高效液相色谱法和免疫层析试纸法对粮食中黄曲霉毒素B1测定方法进行了对照研究,对免疫层析试纸法进行了可行性验证.结果表明:免疫层析试纸法和高效液相色谱法的相符率可达90.5%以上;免疫层析试纸法操作简单,检测准确、方便、快速,可用于现场快速检测和初筛粮食中的黄曲霉毒素B1.
