基于冰模板导向的Al_2O_3多孔陶瓷制备

摘    要:以冰为造孔模板,采用冷冻铸造法制备Al2O3多孔陶瓷,用扫描电镜(SEM)观察孔结构,并测量气孔率和抗压强度。结果表明:通过调整工艺参数,气孔率可控制在24%~85%之间,形成了蜂窝状结构。随浆体浓度的增大,气孔率降低,抗压强度增大。抗压强度随烧结温度的升高而增大。当气孔率最大达85%时,抗压强度为21 MPa。

Abstract:Porous alumina ceramics were fabricated by freezing casting process using ice as pore-creating template.The microstructures of the samples were observed by SEM,the porosity and the compressive strength were also investigated.The results indicate that the porosity can be changed from 24% to 85% by controlling the process parameters,and SEM image presents cellular structure.The porosity is decreasing and the compressive strength is increasing with increasing the slurry concentration.The compressive strength i...
