粉煤灰纤维的改性及其对纸张性能的影响

摘    要:通过实验室自制的氧化阳离子聚乙烯醇改性剂对粉煤灰纤维进行改性,再将改性后的粉煤灰纤维与植物纤维混合进行抄片实验,通过测定添加了粉煤灰纤维纸张的性能,得到最佳的改性条件为:改性剂用量为4%,改性pH值为6,改性温度为90℃,改性时间为1.5h。最后通过扫描电镜分析粉煤灰纤维的改性结果。

Abstract:The fly ash fiber was modified by oxidative cationic polyvinyl alcohol made in experiment and the modified fly ash was mixed with plant fiber for papermaking.Then the performance of paper sheet made with modified fly ash added was determined.The optimal technical conditions are that modifier dosage is 4%, pH value 6, temperature 90℃ and reaction time 1.5h.Finally the modified fiy ash fiber was analyzed by SEM.
