The Relationship between the Inside Surface Roughness of the Screen and Phosphor Coating Process

In the produchis of CPT screen coating process,the relationship of process defects with the glass bulb design parameters is rarely encountered.The study of this project for the first time set forth the viewpoint of the influence of the screen internal surface roughness upon the screen coating process as a countermeasure agaist the defects of process defects.An in depth analysis was made and presents a novel way of thinking toward the resedrch on thg produation process control of phosphor coating process.
