供应链伙伴关系、信息共享与企业运营绩效关系

本文以广东省珠三角地区制造企业为调查对象,对供应链伙伴关系、信息共享与企业运营绩效之间关系进行研究.研究结果表明,供应链伙伴关系对信息共享存在显著的正向影响,即增强供应链伙伴关系将有助于提高企业之间信息共享水平;信息共享对企业运营绩效存在显著的正向影响;供应链伙伴关系不仅直接影响企业运营绩效,而且通过信息共享间接地影响到企业运营绩效.另外,我们还发现在供应链伙伴关系中的信任对信息共享与企业运营绩效均有非常显著的影响.本文研究结论可为我国制造企业实施供应链管理策略提供理论指导.

Research on Relationship of Supply Chain Partnership, Information Sharing and Operation Performance

Based on the sample of manufacturing enterprises of Pearl River Delta area in Guangdong Province, an attempt is made to assess the relationship of supply chain partnership, information sharing and operations performance. The results show that supply chain partnership has significant positive influence on information sharing. That is, the increasing in supply chain partnership can improve information sharing level. Secondly, information sharing has significant influence on enterprise operations performance. At last, supply chain partnership not only can influence enterprises operation performance directly, but also influence enterprises operation performance indirectly through information sharing. Moreover, from the results we can see that the trust of partnership influences both the information sharing and enterprises operation performance significantly. The conclusions of this article can provide theoretical guides for Chinese manufacturing enterprises to carry out supply chain management strategy.
