转子横向裂纹故障的诊断信息提取

通过横向裂纹转子振动力学模型的系统分析，认为裂纹不仅引起１Ｘ、２Ｘ、３Ｘ等稳态谐波振动，而且由于裂纹开闭过程中的冲击还会引起转子系统的瞬态冲击响应。提出了从启停车及工作状态下的稳态振动和瞬态冲击响应来提取转子裂纹诊断特征的方法。通过仿真和应用实例证明，该方法利用信息全面，能够准确地判断裂纹的存在和发展。

Extraction of diagnostic information of transverse crack faults of rotors.

It is concluded that the transverse cracks of a rotor can cause the steady state harmonic vibration of 1x, 2x, 3x,and can cause the transient impact response of a rotor system because of the impact in opening closing process.A method was proposed for extracting the diagnostic features of the rotor cracks from the steady state vibration and transient impact response under the starting stopping condition and the working condition.It is verified that the method can use all information and determine correctly existing cracks and their extension through emulation and practice.
