摘    要:设计了一种基于MSP430单片机的土基智能测斜仪。以MSP430F148单片机为核心,结合加速度传感器,通过扩展一定的外围电路对土基位移测量系统进行设计。利用单片机内置的定时器和A/D模块控制采样频率并进行模数转换,提高了CPU的利用率,减少了外围电路的设计。在此基础上编写了相应的信号采集、A/D转换和异步串行通信等下位机程序。采用Delphi语言编写上位机软件,实现了对土基位移数据的采集、处理、打印等功能。通过实验表明:该系统精度达0.01°,最小分辨率为1.5″(±15°),最小位移量为±0.01mm。

Abstract:This paper introduces the design of soil matrix intelligent inclinometer based on MSP430 microcontroller. The design of soil matrix displacement measurement system used MSP430F148 as core components, combined with accelerometer sensor and expanded the certain peripheral circuit. The system used the timer and A/D module of signal-chip to control the sampling frequency and analog-digital conversion,not only made full use of CPU ,but also reduced the design of external circuit. The lower computer programmed the signal collection,A/D conversion and UART. And the upper computer programmed with Delphi language, to achieved displacement of soil-based data collection, processing, printing and other functions. The results show that the system precision is 0.01° ,the minimum resolution is 1.5" (+15° ),and the minimum displacement is ±0.01mm.
