| Abstract: | Acid-base properties of active sites of supported palladium catalysts and individual substrates are studied with the use of potentiometry and pK spectroscopy. The nature and composition of the substrate, as well as the method of production of the supported catalyst, are shown to affect the character of hydrogen adsorption. Spectra of certain supported catalysts are considered. |
