摘    要:文章利用特征建模和特征映射技术,将CAD、CAPP、工装设计和CAM各环节有效的连接在一起,实现了各环节之间的特征映射,从而完成了CAD/CAPP/CAM的集成.通过将工序信息、工件信息、毛坯信息、夹具信息、机床信息进行集成,建立工艺系统信息模型,并借助Pro/Engineer软件实现了NC代码的自动生成及加工仿真和干涉检查.

Abstract:Based on feature modeling and feature mapping technology the paper links CAD, CAPP, tools design and CAM together to implement CAD/CAPP/CAM integration. A process information model integrated with information of process, design piece, workpiece, fixture and machine is created. By Pro/Engineer G-code is generated automatically and NC check is implemented.
