新型电极丝恒张力控制系统的研究

在高速走丝线切割机上，储丝筒正反向循环时放电区电极丝张力是否一致，直接影响线切割机的加工质量。为此，研究了一种新型电极丝恒张力控制系统，能够很好地解决电极丝张力的测量和储丝筒正反向循环时放电区电极丝张力一致的控制问题。

The Research of New Control System On Constant Wire Tension

The vniformity of wire tension in forward and reverse loop discharge directly affects the proassing guality HS-WEDM when wire winding drum moves in circles. In this paper, a new control system on constant wire tension is studied. It can measure wire tension and guarantee uniformity of wire tension when wire winding drun moves in forward and reverse loop.
