草酸二丁酯的复合催化工艺

摘    要:介绍了草酸二丁酯的性质、用途和用复合催化剂I型、Ⅱ型催化合成草酸二丁酯。其最佳合成条件为:复合催化剂I型用量为总投料质量的1.5%,n(已丁醇):n(草酸)=3.5:1,回流3h,草酸二丁酯产率及纯度分别为96%及99.6%;n型催化剂用量为总投料量的3.9%,n(已丁醇):n(草酸)=2.38:1,甲苯作带水剂下回流1.5h,草酸二丁酯产率及纯度分别为99.4%及99.7%。其反应操作方便,催化剂活性高又循环利用效果好,产品得率高,生产过程无污染。

Abstract:Property, application and synthesis of dibutyl oxalate by using composite catalyst were introduced. The optimal condition were:the ammont of catalyst I was equal to 1.5% of the total mass of total feed stock, n (n -butanol) : n (oxalic acid) =3.5 : 1 ,refluxing me 3 h,the yield and purity of dibutyl oxalate were96% and 99.6%. The ammont of catalyst 11 was equal to 3.9% of total mass of total feed stock, n( n -butanol) : n(oxalic acid) = 2.38 : 1 ,under toluene refluxing time 1.5 h, the yield and purity of dibutl oxalate were 99.4% and 99.7%. The reaction was easy to operate, and catalyst had high catalytic activity, good repeatability, high yields of product and non pollution.
