新型冷冻法在天然气脱水预处理和轻烃回收中的应用

摘    要:新型冷却脱水法是一种以周期切换的冷冻方式,它解决了传统冷冻法不能应用于在冰点温度下进行脱水操作的困难。将这种新型冷冻法应用于天然气的脱水预处理,可达到预定的脱水效果,保证了北方地区油气田天然气在冬季的不冻结安全输送;应用于烃烃分离工艺,不仅可以简化流程,减少设备,降低能耗,同时达到较高的C3收率。分析表明这一新工艺具有技术先进性与经济的合理性。

Abstract:The new type refrigeration dehydration is a refrigeration pattern switched periodically. It solves the operation difficulty which traditional refrigeration clehydration can' t be applled under freezing point. Applying the new type refrigeration in natural gas pretreatment,anticipated results can be gained,and it ensures natural gas transferring safely without freezing in northern region oil-gas fields in winter season. Applying the new type refrigeration in light hydrocartion separation,not only process flow can be smplified,apparatus decreased, energy consume dcclined but also the recovery rate of C4 achieves a higher level.
