古城油田BQ10区块超稠油降粘集输工艺

摘    要:通过对古城BQ10区块超稠油掺稀油降粘集输、掺热水降粘集输现场试验分析,提出并实施了污水回掺降粘集输工艺。由区块单元进行污水回掺,联合站进行集中处理说明,污水回参工艺优于掺稀油,更优于单纯掺热水降粘集输工艺;污回掺可有效利用热能进行二次做功,降低井口或干线回压,改善油井的出油状况,提高油井泵效,增加单井产油量;掺污管线并不会生堵管事故,使于生产管理。

Abstract:Through Gucheng BQ 10 block super heavy oil mixing light oil viscosity-decreasing gathering-transferring, mixing hot water viscosity-decreasing gathering-transferring field test and analysis, the author puts forward and carries out produced water back mixing viscosity-decreasing gathering-transferring technology,taking block as an unit to carry out back mixing and putting together treatment at comhination station. Produced water back mixing technoloty is superior than mixing light oil and is also superior than mixing hot water technology. Produced water back mixing can effectively utilize thermal energy,decrease back pressure at well head or at main line to improve oil well producing condition, increase oil pump efficiency, enhance single well production and blocking up of the mixing produced water pipeline seldom happens. So it is convenient to management.
