对大庆外围气田地面工程设计的认识

摘    要:根据大庆外围已投入试采气田的分布与气藏特点,谈了对气田地面工程设计的几点认识。对面积较大的成片式气田,采用集气站布置形式,辐射-枝状组合管网,多井加热集气工艺流程,气波制冷机膨胀制冷脱水或橇装甘醇脱水;对分散的面积较小的气田,采用分离器设在进场,枝状管网,单井加热或单井加药的集气工艺流程。根据试采现状,提出了对大庆外围气田地面工程的设想。

Abstract:Based on the characteristics of the distribution of production-test gasfields (put into production) and gas reservoir,the article discusses the knowledges on relatively large and stretching gasfields,which adopt gas gathering station arrangement, rediation-branch shaped pipe networks, multiwell heating process flow, expansion refrigeration dehydration with wave refrigerator or skid-mounted glycol dehydration. To the scattered relatively small gasfield, they set separators at well site, lay branch-shaped pipe networks and process flow of single well heating or chemical adding. According to the production test status the auther also puts forward the tentative plan of Daqing peripheral gasfield surface engineering.
