氧化皮—碳钢电偶腐蚀研究

摘    要:采用氧化皮、碳钢组成的电偶电池在油田水介质中进行了模拟试验,研究了各种介质地电偶电池中碳钢的腐蚀速度的影响。结果表明,氧化皮-碳钢电偶的存在可使碳钢的腐蚀速度达到十分惊人的程度。

Abstract:Applying galvanic couple cell composed of scale cinder and carbon steel in the rnedium of oilfield water , the author makes simulating test and studies the effect to the corrosion specd of carbon steel in galvanic couple cell by various mediums, the result shows that the existance of cinder-carbon steel makes the corossion speed of carbon steel astonishingly fast and the content of dessolved oxygen and the ventilating condition, the ratio of nagative-positive pole surfaces and the rnedium's resistance etc are the contral factors of corrosion speed of carbon steel in the galvanic couple. Under various copditions, they display contral action respectively.
