摘    要:新型叶片铰接滚动转子压缩机在做压缩机耐久性试验时,当速度提高到5500r/min时,出现铰接支座铰接槽倒角处很快破裂的损坏现象,严重影响压缩机的机械性能、使用寿命和可靠性.本文通过利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对叶片铰接滚动转子压缩机的隔离叶片和铰接支座等主要运动部件进行了静态强度分析,结合以前的运动分析和耐久性试验,找到原因所在,提出了相应的改进措施,耐久性试验的结果表明改进措施有效可行.

Abstract:The new rolling poston compressor durability test reveals that the damage phenomenon takes place very quickly in the articulated groove chamfering of the hinged support in the condition of rolling piston speed up to 5500r/min. It will severely affect mechanical properties, service life and reliability of the new compressor. The static strength to the major moving parts was ana-lyzed, such as the isolated leaf and the hinged support by using the finite element analysis software ANSYS on the rolling piston compressor with an isolated leaf. Combined with the previous analysis of movement and the durability test, the reasons was found out and corresponding measures was put forward for improving it's mechanical properties, service life and reliability of the new compressor. The durability test results show that the improvement measures are effective and feasible.
