| 摘 要： | 从物质、人的行为、环境系统视角出发,研究煤矿企业安全管理问题.在实证调查基础上,通过充分挖掘引发煤矿安全事故的各种影响因素,深入研究安全事故发生的内在机理,构建了煤矿企业安全危机系统分析框架.认为物质因素、人的行为因素和环境因素之间关系复杂,必须采取集成化的综合治理,同时三者存在一种逻辑关系,即物质因素是基本,人的行为因素是核心,环境尤其是宏观环境(无形之手)是本质.

| Abstract: | From the perspective of the material,human behavior and environmental system,the safety management of coal mine enterprises was studied.The internal mechanism of safety accidents was deeply investigated by analyzing all kinds of factors inducing the safety accidents,and a systematic analyzing framework for safety crisis was set up.In view of complex relationship between material,human behavior and environment,the integrated comprehensive management must be adopted.Simultaneously,there exists a logical relationship among the three.In another word,the material is the basis,the human behavior is dominant and the environment,especially macro-environment(the invisible hand) is essential. |
