摘    要:某110 kV单母接线变电站发生110 kV母线故障时,因未配置110 kV母差保护,靠电源侧开关动作将故障点与系统隔离。线路重合于故障后加速跳闸,110 kV线路备自投动作,将故障点再次引入系统,导致另一回进线跳闸,造成全站停电。对此问题进行分析,提出了相应的解决方法,提出的改进措施能有效提高供电可靠性,具有一定的应用价值。

Abstract:When the 110 kV bus of a single-bus connection substation fails, the power supply side switch iso- lates the fault point from the power system due to the lack of 110 kV bus differential protection. Lines speed up tripping after reclosing on faults. After the action of automatic bus transfer equipment for 110 kV lines, the fault point is introduced into the power system again. This leads to the trip of another incoming line which causes the whole substation blackout. Through the analysis on this problem, this paper proposes the corre- sponding solution. The proposed improvement measures can effectively enhance the power supply reliability and have certain value of application.
