摘    要:龙山煤矿11011工作面断层发育,构造复杂,具有突出危险性。为满足胶带运输巷过断层揭煤防突工程需要,在底板岩巷布置8排穿层钻孔进行瓦斯预抽,5个月后抽放率32.7%,残余瓦斯压力0.5 MPa。胶带运输巷掘进过程中采取了加强前探并进行准确、有效的揭煤前区域验证,根据需要揭煤前施工2排穿层排放钻孔,保证揭煤超前距10 m,采用远距离放炮等安全防护措施,安全、顺利地揭开落差8 m的煤巷断层。

Abstract:The faults near 11011 working face of Longshan Coal Mine are developed,geology structure of this working face is dynamically complex,and is prone to coal and gas outburst.To meet the demands of local outburst prevention engineering when belt transport roadway passes through faults and uncovers coal seam,8 lines layer-through drillholes were constructed for gas pre-drainage in floor rock drift.After 5 months draining,the local seam gas pre-drainage rate is 32.7% and the residual gas pressure is 0.5 MPa.In the process of driving belt transport roadway,the advancing drilling detection was strengthened and the accurate and effective regional result verification of outburst prediction index were carried out.2 lines layer-through drillholes for discharge were drilled,whose uncovering advance distance was 10 m.Finally,the fault with 8 m fall was successfully uncovered under the safety guards such as blasting far away.
