摘    要:研究了电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)同时测定铅精矿中主体元素铅及杂质元素锌、铜、铝、镁、砷含量的分析方法。试样经氢氧化纳-过氧化钠熔融,用盐酸提取并酸化后以ICP-AES测定。对溶样条件、测定介质、基体及共存元素间干扰进行了讨论,结果表明:质量分数小于5%的硫、小于10%的硅、小于20%的铁等共存元素对待测元素几乎没有干扰;方法基体效应较小,各待测元素之间没有明显干扰。方法用于标准样品和实际样品的测定,结果分别与认定值或其他方法的测定值相符。

Determination of six elements in lead concentrate by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry
Abstract:The simultaneous determination of lead and impurity elements (zinc, copper, aluminum, magnesium and arsenic) in lead concentrate was studied by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES). The samples were melted with NaOH-Na_2O_2, extracted and acidized with HC1, and then determined by ICP-AES. The sample preparation condition, determination medium and the interference between matrix and coexisting elements were discussed. The results showed that co-existing sulfur (mass fraction < 5 %), silicon (mass fraction <10 %) and iron (mass fraction < 20 %) had little interference with the determination. The matrix effect of this method was small with-out obvious interference among testing elements. This method was applied to the determination of standard sample and actual samples, and the results were in good agreement with the certified values or those obtained by other methods.
