| Abstract: | The torsion stresses in the adhesive tubular lap joints are expressed by two arbitrary functions,a closed form solution of the stresses is obtained on the variational principle of complementary energy, a closed form solution of the stresses in tubes strengthened by externaly bonded tube is obtained as well. |
