高效液相色谱测定偶氮二异戊腈的含量

采用高效液相色谱法,室温下测定偶氮二异戊腈的含量。实验条件:色谱柱为C18柱(phenom enonex C18色谱柱250 mm×4.6 mm,4μm),流动相为乙腈-水(体积比70∶30),检测波长为350 nm,流速为0.8 mL/min。结果表明,本方法的线性相关性系数为1.000 0,标准偏差为0.111 7,变异系数为0.11%,平均回收率为99.73%。

Determination of 2,2'-azobis-(2-methylbutyronitrile) by HPLC

A method for determination of 2,2'-azobis-(2-methylbutyronitrile) was established at room temperature,using C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,4 μm).The mixture of aectonitrile and water(volume ratio 70∶30) was used as mobile phase with the flow rate of 0.8 mL/min and the ultraviolet detection at 350 nm was selected.The results showed that the liner correlatoion of the method was 1.000 0,the standard deviation was 0.111 7,the variation coefficient was 0.11% and the average recovery was 99.73%.
