| Abstract: | The ideological and political education under network shows its own significant characteristics, being essentially different from the traditional delivering ways, in which network acts as the so-called ＂double-edged sword＂. The paper talks about the characteristics of ideological and political education in modem time, and propses the countermeasures to improve delivering effect for university students. |
