摘    要:鉴于传统的模板匹配技术计算量过大的缺点,提出一种检测算法—灰度差减法,提取面板表面印刷字符的几何特征,再对特征值进行相关处理,可得出印刷字符的缺陷类型。试验结果证明,该理论算法稳定、准确且能大大提高检测效率。

Abstract:Because of the algorithm of traditional template matching is very excessive,a fast detection algorithm-grayscale difference method is put forword in this paper,in order to extract the geometry feature of printed characters on the panel,and then analyse it to obtain the printing characters defect types.The results show that the theoretical algorithm is stable,accurate and can greatly increase the detection efficiency.
