麦草置换蒸煮中试研究

摘    要:麦草置换蒸煮的中试表明,采用干湿法备料,大液比,液相循环、分级置换蒸煮、洗涤,重复利用黑液是可行的,置换蒸煮比蒽醌烧碱法蒸煮的麦草浆硬度低,白度、强度高,耐折度、滤水性好。

Abstract:This paper mainly introduced the pilot-scale experiments of displacement cooking of wheat straw.The experiments showed that the measures including dry and wet raw material preparation,larger liquor ratio,liquid phase circulation,two-stage displacement cooking and washing,and black liquid reusing can be used in displacement cooking.In comparison to the conventional alkaline-AQ cooking,dis-placement cooking process can reduce K number,upgrade whiteness and strength,and improve drainage property of the pulp.Meanwhile,more than40%of the black liquid can be reused.
