推进EPC总承包项目的工程 设计优化探讨

近年，EPC工程总承包市场竞争异常激烈，总承包商不得不充分发挥技术优势，挖掘工程优化潜力，保证工程项目建设目标的顺利实现和尽量降低工程造价。笔者根据自身在项目管理工作中的切身体会，对EPC总承包项目开展工程设计优化的条件、制约因素和解决方案进行了简要分析。

Discussion on design optimization of EPC general contract project

In recent years, the market competition of EPC general contract is quite intensive and the general contractors have to exert their own technical advantages to bring all their potentialities into full play, so as to ensure the successful realization of the construction target for the relevant project and try their best to lower the construction cost concerned. In accordance with the author’s personal experiences got from the actual project management, the conditions, restrictive factors and solving schemes for implementing design optimization of EPC general contract project are briefly analyzed herein.
