| 摘 要： | 大气污染物总量控制是保证工业区未来大气环境质量达标的重要举措,应先进行污染物排放总量的计算和分配,建立污染物总量控制机制。并结合火电厂现状,提出在今后的SO2控制政策中要注意总量控制,实行清洁生产,从源头上减少污染物的产生。

| Abstract: | Atmospheric pollutant of total load control is the most important measure to assure the future atmospheric environmental quality standard of industrial zone.Firstly,the total pollutants and the distribution are required,then the total control mechanism should be eatablished.It is also suggested that it is better to abide by the total emission control policies to control sulfur dioxide emissions of thermal power plant.And clean production is a good method to total load control for reducing pollutants by sour... |
