高校后勤社会化改革与发展的思考

摘    要:高校后勤社会化改革中需要处理好改革、发展与稳定的关系,后勤服务的教育属性与产业属性的关系,社会效益与经济效益的关系,正确认识服务过程中甲方与乙方的关系.健全制度,规范管理,完善监控网络,不断提高职工素质,通过优质服务占领校内市场,是深化高校后勤社会化改革的有效途径.

Abstract:The reform and development of rear-service socialization in colleges and universities required that the relationship among reform, development and stability, the relationship between the educational and industrial property of rear-service as well as the relationship between social and economic benefits needed to be handled correctly. The relationship between Party A and Party B should also be understood correctly. The effective approaches to deepen the reform of rear-service socialization in colleges and universities were to strengthen the system, standardize the management, perfect network supervision, improve the quality of the staff and to occupy the market on-campus by offering high quality services.
