| 摘 要： | 独立自主是我国外交政策中必须坚持的基本原则,这种原则随着国际形势的不断变化而变化.在全球化背景下,随着国际组织的增多及国际合作的增加,我国独立自主的外交政策也要随之变化以适应新的形势. 要继续把维护国家主权和独立,发展国内经济放在首位.与国际社会一起建立新的世界秩序更是义不容辞的责任.
