摘    要:利用ANSYS软件对Al-4%Cu合金铸件凝固过程中的温度场进行了模拟,得到了铸件各点温度随时间变化的规律。模拟结果形象地反映了铸造过程中铸造系统温度的变化过程。进行了温度场的实际测试,结果表明:通过建立合理的模型和设置合理的边界条件,ANSYS模拟结果与实测结果符合较好。

Abstract:Temperature field distribution in the solidification process of Al-4%Cu alloy casting has been simulated by ANSYS software, and the relationship between temperature of casting and time is obtained. The simulation result has reflected the temperature change in the casting process. The temperature field has also been tested. The result shows that through establishing reasonable model and setting reasonable boundary conditions, the ANSYS simulation result coincides well with the experimental result.
