| 摘 要： | 纺织品配额取消后,欧美等国家担心中国会"垄断"全球纺织市场,在看到2005年一季度中国纺织出口激增的情况下,纷纷就纺织品对华设限.我国纺织企业要加强对WTO条款的研究与运用,利用国际组织和国际惯例维护纺织品和服装的出口利益,增加科技投入,转变增长模式,实现从中国制造向中国品牌,从世界工厂向时尚起源地的转变.

| Abstract: | As the fabrics quota has been cancelled,Europe countries and America always worry that China will monopoly the global fabrics market.They constitute regulations to limit Chinese textile in succession after the first quater in 2005.Therefore,our country textile enterprises must strengthen the research and utilization of WTO terms,use international organization and international convention maintenance fabrics export benefit,increase science and technology investment,transform growth pattern,realize transformation from "made in China" to the Chinese brand,and whip the source area transformation from the world manufacturing factory to the fashion origin place. |
