摘    要:陶粒支撑剂半成品在干燥过程中出现颗粒破碎的现象,半成品强度不够和设备是其破碎的原因,通过对设备进行改造和利用多种结合剂的加入能有效地解决这个问题,使其在干燥过程中不破碎,从而提高产品的烧成合格率,但复合添加物使成本上升较多,需做进一步的深入研究。

Abstract:In the process of drying, semi - manufactured proppant will present grain breakage, and the device, together with the lack of strength of the semi-manufactured goods count for the phenomenon. Problem can be solved by improving the structure of the device and blending some bonding agent in the production process. In this case, the percent of pass of the burnt production could be raised attributed to the prevention of breakage during drying. However, the increase cost brought by the bonding agent renders this method immature and needs further investigation.
