基于CAE理论的齿轮专用程序二次开发

摘    要:利用有限元分析软件ANSYS8.0对单个齿轮进行建模和分析技术现已比较成熟,但通常当齿轮模数、齿数、厚度、角速度或啮合应力发生改变时往往需要重新建模,重复复杂的建摸、加载、分析过程,不量费时费力,而且也满足不了用户对于其通用性的需求。文中结合ANSYS的APDL(参数化设计语言)对齿轮专用程序进行了二次开发,结果表明,能够更好地满足用户的需求。

Abstract:The technology of establishing and Analyzing single gear's model made use of ANSYS which is the finite elemental analysis software has already been mature, but when gear's modulus?number of teeth, thickness, rotational speed or mesh stress change we have to reestablish model, repeat difficult model establishment, force increase and analysis procedure, so that waste a large number of people's force, material force and time, and sometimes get the result without satisfaction, more and more can not satisfy customers' need in general use. This paper is to make the secondary development of gear appropriation procedure to get customers' need with APDL( ANSYS Parametric Design Language)which's one of ANSYS'S advanced language.
