摘    要:讨论了尿素合成工艺的改进方向——提高尿素合成塔CO2转化率。简要介绍了作者发明的专利产品——高压液气(汽)管式快速反应器的工作原理。探讨了利用该反应器改善尿素合成工艺条件的可行性,并对有关问题进行了分析,期望引起业内同行的注意,共同为尿素合成效率的提高做出贡献。

Abstract:In this article, we discussed the orientation for urea conversion process improving, that is how to increase conversion ratio of CO2, introduced the working principle of patent product-HP Tube Reactor invented by author, discussed the feasibilities employed this equipment to improve synthesizing conditions. The problems occurred when employed in urea synthesis section revamping were analyzed, hoping to get attention of specialists and engineers in urea field to increase the efficiency of urea synthesis by cooperation.
