动圈式扬声器内热过程的有限元分析

摘    要:根据传热学原理,采用ANSYS有限元软件对加载过程中的动圈式扬声器内热分布进行了稳态和瞬态模拟,给出了系统温度场的二维分布和三维响应。给定条件下的计算结果表明,电功率冲击加载下音圈的温度响应迅速;显著的温度梯度也意味着音圈内的热流密度远高于周围部件。同时,较强的热冲击也容易增大薄壁骨架,尤其是纸质骨架发生变形的程度。

Abstract:A steady and transient thermal simulation has been carried out, the systematic planar distribution and the three - dimensional response of temperature displayed for a loaded moving coil loudspeaker by using ANSYS are given based on the HEAT TRANSFER. The calculation suggests that temperature response of the voice coil is rapid, and the distinct tem- perature gradient may signify that heat current in the coil is denser than one in adjacent parts under the given condition. Sim- ultaneously, a stronger heat - shock will also intensify distortion of thin - walled coil formers, especially of paper one.
