摘    要:为解决Feeder效率提升改善问题,本文提出运用TRIZ理论结合IE相关改善手法的方式进行实现。通过因果分析、价值工程和ECRS方法进行改善时遇到瓶颈,运用TRIZ理论提出解决方案,并使用TOPSIS法对其择优选择。改善实施后,有效降低了无价值作业时间和生产成本,提升了作业效率。结果表明,文中提出的TRIZ理论结合相关改善手法的方式能够有效解决Feeder优化过程出现的矛盾问题,可对提升现场改善效果提供方法借鉴。

Abstract:A technique combining the TRIZ theory with industrial engineering-related ways is put forward to improve feeder efficiency. Through a causal analysis, value engineering and ECRS methods can improve efficiency of feeder, but they also encounter bottleneck. Combining the theory of TRIZ several solutions are put forward, and TOPSIS method is adopted for their preferential selection scheme. By implementing the scheme, no- value operation time and the production cost are both reduced, and the working efficiency improved. Results show that the technique combining the TRIZ theory with the relevant ways to improve can effectively solve the feeder contradictory problems in the optimization process, and the method can provide reference for enhancing the on-site improvement effect.
