| 摘 要： | 在热风薄层干燥试验平台上对玉米进行薄层干燥对比试验,采用单因素试验与正交试验相结合的方法,以玉米发芽率、裂纹率及干燥速率为指标,研究影响玉米干燥特性的主次因素,确定最优干燥工艺参数。试验结果表明:在玉米原始含水率不变的情况下,热风温度的影响最为显著。

| Abstract: | Thin layer drying experiment of corn on the test platform drying thin layer,by using the method of single factor test and orthogonal test combination,with corn germination rate,crack rate and the drying rate as the index,and the effect factors on corn drying characteristics,determine the optimal drying parameters.Experimental results show that,in the original water content of maize under the condition of unchanged,effects of hot air temperature is the most significant. |
