摘 要: | 辽宁地区新建烘干机安装了水分在线监控系统(DM510),对该系统的原理及使用情况进行介绍,以帮助解决冬季潮粮烘干过程中水分控制问题。试验结果表明:水分在线监控系统能够通过数屏显示,实时显示粮食水分变化,使水分差控制在±0.5%以内,较好地解决了烘干过程中粮食水分不均的问题,为企业创造了一定的经济效益。

Abstract: | By installing the dryer in the Liaoning water online monitoring system(Model:DM510),and the principles of the system are introduced in order to resolve the influx of winter grain drying process moisture control problems.The experimental results showed that:the water-line monitoring system through several screen display,real-time display of grain moisture change,poor moisture control within ±0.5%,a better solution to the drying process of grain moisture unevenly,creating some economic benefits for the enterprise. |
