| 摘 要： | 过程仿真是企业过程模型进行分析、验证、改进、优化和评价的实用方法。尤其在过程模型难以定量优化的情况下，过程仿真就显得更为重要。侧重于过程仿真中的资源规划问题。对过程仿真中的资源类进行定义，并描述了资源与组织、资源与功能之间的关系；在此基础上对过程仿真中的资源规划进行研究。

| Abstract: | Process simulation is an applied method, which is used to analyze, validate, revise, optimize and evaluate the enterprise process model. Process simulation is very important especially when the process model is hard to be described quantificationally. This paper focus on the resource planning in process simulation. At first object oriented process simulation technology is introduced in this paper. Then the resource in process simulation is defined. The relationship between resource and function and relationship between resource and organization are described. Based on this the resource planning in object oriented process is described in detail. |
