| 摘 要： | 介绍了酯化反应器带料开车操作步骤,技术要点及有关注意事项。酯化带料开车,先在酯化釜中加入一定量的酯化低聚物作为老料,PTA/EG浆料进入反应釜后,PTA迅速地溶解,反应体系很快地达到“清晰点”,可以大大缩短酯化反应的时间,从进料到出料通常只需3 h左右,有效提高装置开车的效率。

| Abstract: | The operation steps,technique key point and matters needing attention during esterification reator start-up with material were introduced.The method is first feeding a certain amout of esterification oligomer as old material,then feeding PTA/EG slurry into the reaction autoclave,the PTA will dissolved in the oligomer rapidly,the reaction system can reach the "clear point" quickly,the esterification reaction time is greatly shortened.Usually the time for the material from in-feeding to discharge is only 3 h.The plant start-up efficency is effectively improved. |
