结构光视觉传感器标定靶标的自动处理算法

摘    要:设计了一种新型平面靶标,基于Zhang摄像机标定法和投影变换中的交比不变性,进行结构光视觉传感器系统的标定.针对靶标结构特点,开发了一套进行特征圆和光条中心提取的图像处理算法,提出基于映射变换的拓扑定位算法,实现了平面靶标拓扑定位和特征识别的自动化处理过程.实验证明,该算法处理准确、稳定可靠,可有效地进行结构光视觉传感器的系统标定.

Abstract:A novel pattern was designed for the calibration of structured light vision. The calibration is realized with the Zhang camera calibration method and cross-ratio invariant ruler of projection conversion. According to the structural features of pattern, the extraction algorithm of feature circles and light center were developed. The mapping location algorithm was proposed based on the homography matrix, which fulfilled the location of mapping relation and feature recognition by automation. Experimental results have proved that this algorithm works accurately and steadily, and the proposed pattern and algorithm are competent for the calibration of structured light sensor.
