| 摘 要： | 为了解决过磷酸钙产品水分高、熟化时间长、易结块等问题,对PA减水疏松剂在过磷酸钙生产中的应用进行了试验,结果表明:使用PA减水疏松剂后,产品水分减少2%,鲜肥转化率提高6%,鲜肥熟化期缩短在6天以内,解决了过磷酸钙产品存在的问题.

| Abstract: | In order to resolve the problem of calcium superphosphate eaking freely, the applieation of PA water-reducing bulking agent in the production of calcium superphosphate was studied. The results showed that after using water-reducing bulking agent, the moisture content of product reduced 2%, transformation ratio of fresh calcium superphosphate increased 6% , maturation period of fresh calcium superphosphate shortened within 6 days. The problems of calcium superphosphate caking freely were resolved. |
