摘    要:采用浸渍法制备磷钼钒杂多酸催化剂用于合成柠檬酸三丁酯。考察了催化剂用量、反应时间、醇酸物质的量比、反应温度对柠檬酸三丁酯合成的影响,得出了适宜的反应条件为:m(催化剂)∶m(柠檬酸)=1.5∶100,反应时间为3 h,n(正丁醇)∶n(柠檬酸)=5∶1,反应温度为130℃。该催化剂可重复使用,具有重要的应用价值。

Abstract:P-Mo-V heteropoly acid supported on modified montmorillonite was prepared by saturation impregnation and used as catalyst for synthesis of tributyl citrate.The effects of amount of the catalyst,reaction time,molar ratio,reaction temperature on the esterification rate were investigated.The optimum reaction conditions were obtained as follows:amount of the catalyst was 1.5% of citric acid used,reaction time was 3h,The molar ratio of n-butyl alcohol to citric acid was 5∶1,reaction temperature was 130℃.The catalyst with a great value can be used repeatedly.
