摘    要:现代大型单元机组中,锅炉一次风机都采用动叶可调式轴流风机,一次风机是锅炉的重要辅机设备,其运行是否正常直接影响着锅炉的安全稳定运行。某厂一次风机自投产后机垂直振动一直较大,而且振动值还出现跳动的现象,严重影响着机组的安全稳定运行。经过对风机故障分析处理,采用加强风机基础刚性,对转子进行大修等措施,消除了一次风机振动大缺陷,保证了机组安全稳定运行。

Abstract:Moving blade adjustable axial flow fan is used for primary air fan of boiler in the modern large thermal power generating u- nit. The primary air normal operation directly influences the safe and stable operation which is an important auxiliary equipment of boiler. Since the unit put into production, the primary air fan has a large vertical vibration anti vibration phenomenon also appears beating seriously affects the safe and stable operation of the unit. Through analyzing the fan fault processing, the rigidity of wind tur- bine foundation is strengthened and overhauled the rotor of primary air fan, the vibration of primary air fan is settled thus the safe and stable operation of the unit is ensured.
