聚羧酸盐分散剂在430g/L戊唑醇水悬浮剂中的应用研究

摘    要:制备了9种不同结构的聚羧酸盐分散剂,分析了其临界胶束浓度、临界胶束浓度下的表面活性参数以及乳化能力。研究了用不同分散剂制备的430 g/L戊唑醇水悬浮剂。通过测定热贮前后悬浮剂的悬浮率,筛选出了4种性能优良的分散剂。以上研究结果表明SD-D在空气-水界面上有最大的分子占有面积和最佳的乳化能力,且制备的戊唑醇水悬浮剂在热贮前后的悬浮率均大于97%,具有最佳应用前景。

Abstract:Nine kinds of polycarboxylate dispersants with different structures were synthesized and their critical micelle concentration, the surfactant parameters under critical micelle concentration and the emulsifying capacity were determined. 430g/L tebuconazole suspension concentrations were prepared with different dispersants. Through the determination of suspension rates before and after thermal storage, four excellent dispersant were selected. The results showed that SD-D has the best emulsifying capacity and the largest molecule area at the air water interface. At the same time, the suspension rates of tebuconazole suspension concentration prepared with SD-D were greater than 97%before and after thermal storage.
