摘    要:结合广东省揭阳市区配网改造过程,探讨如何提高配电网供电可靠性及采取的措施,分析了10 kV配电网结构和运行模式、电力器件工况、运营管理及环境气候对供电可靠性的影响,明确了配电网可改造的主要因素和可靠性指标,提出了"技术+管理"的配电网优化措施,提高了配电网供电可靠性。

Abstract:Distribtion network (DN) is at end of the power supply system and directly connected with the user. The power reliability of DN affects the efficiency and profit of the power supply, Problems on how to improve reliability in the reformation and reconfigure of DN in Jieyang, 10 kV distribution network is studied, such as the grid structure, operation mode, running status of power devices, operations management and environmental elimate, which affects the power supply reliability of DN. Furthermore, the context definitely exclaims the reconfigurable of the network and the primary factors with reliability index. A measure, named "technology + management" is proposed for distribution network optimization to systematically improve the reliability of DN.
