复合分级低NO_x燃烧改造方案技术和经济性分析

摘    要:介绍了某电厂600 MW机组锅炉的复合分级低NOx燃烧改造原理和方案,结合选择性催化还原法(SCR)烟气脱硝技术对低NOx燃烧技术进行技术和经济性分析,结果表明,适当的NOx减排范围内,在不降低锅炉燃烧效率的情况下,采用低NOx燃烧技术的初投资和运行成本远小于SCR技术。

Composite Staging Low NOx Combustion Retrofit and Technological and Economic Analysis of a 600 MW Pulverized Coal Boiler

Abstract:The technology principle of composite staging low NOx combustion and the low NO~ combustion retrofit seheme of 600 MR pulverized coal boiler is introduced. Combined with selective catalytic reduction (SCR) teehniqae for title gas denitration, the eco. nomical analysis of low NOx combustion technology is carried out. The analysis results show that in appropriate range of NOx reduction. without reducing the boiler combustion efficiency, the initial investment and operation cost using the low NO, combustion technology it much lower than by using SCR technology.
