| 摘 要： | 按照巴西国家标准ABNT NBR 14029,采用HPLC对异(?)唑草酮样品的主要成分进行分析方法验证,检验了专属性、线性、精密度、中间精密度、强度等项目,并对样品纯度的不确定度进行了评估,结果表明分析方法准确可靠,可重复性强,分析结果可信度高。

| Abstract: | The analytical methods for the determination of the isoxaflutole were validated for specificity, linearity, accuracy, precision, intermediate precision, robustness and uncertainty, which used HPLC method and in accordance with Brazilian normative - ABNT NBR 14029. The results indicated that the validated method with high accuracy, reliability and repeatability, and it was suitable for analysis of isoxaflutole. |
