细长轴的车削仿真研究

摘    要:在对普通车削加工方法进行力学建模和受力分析的基础上,提出对称式双刀车削的加工方法,建立双刀车削的力学模型并对其进行受力分析,从而论证双刀车削加工方法的可行性,并利用有限元法对2种车削的加工精度进行仿真。仿真结果表明,双刀车削加工方法可以提高细长轴类零件的加工精度。

Abstract:Based on the mechanical model and force analysis of ordinary turning,a method for slender shaft turning by symmetric dual-tool is introduced. The mechanical model and force analysis of double tools are established while the simulation analysis of machining accuracy is conducted by using finite element software ANSYS,confirming the feasibility of dual-tools cutting. The study indicates that turning using two symmetric tools can obviously improve the machining accuracy.
