摘    要:东北地区风电场数量多且主要集中在网架结构相对薄弱的末端电网,目前,传统的人工电话通知各风电场的工作方式已不能满足调度工作实时性和快速性的要求。因此,介绍一种断面约束的风电AGC系统,该系统采集电网实时数据自动计算并分配风电场的有功出力,并给出了基于统计原理的若干评价指标,以某断面实时数据为例,通过与传统人工控制方式对比,验证了该系统能够提高断面利用率和风电接纳程度。

Research on Wind Power AGC System under Grid Constraints

Abstract:Though northeast region rich in wind resources, but lots of them concentrated al the end of the grid, so the structure is relatively weak. The traditional working mode cannot meet the real-time and rapidity requirements. So it introduees a kind of wind power AGC system under grid constraints, which can automatically assign the active power of wind farm. Based on several evaluation indexes and statistics, lests are made, the result shows that this system can improve the utilization rate of grid and clean energy integration.
